I think my Tax Assessment is incorrect, what can I do?

You have 6 weeks since the date of your incorrect Tax Assessment to raise an objection. Any objections the tax authorities receive after the objection period will be regarded as a request for a revision. With a denied objection you can appeal to court, but you cannot do that with a denied request for revision. Therefore always check the date of your Tax Assessment.

Please note the above is applicable for Final Tax Assessments. If you only received a Preliminary Tax Assessment you have a lot more time to try to correct things, since the tax authorities did not impose a Final Tax Assessment yet.

If you want our assistance in filing an objection, please contact us.
